The signing ceremony took place at BankIslami’s Head Office in Karachi, attended by Mr. Rizwan Atta, CEO of BankIslami, and Mr. Kashif Gaya, CEO of Euronet Pakistan, along with senior officials from both organizations.
This collaboration marks a significant step for BankIslami as it migrates all existing Debit Cards and ATMs to Euronet’s advanced payment processing platform. The upgraded infrastructure is designed to improve service uptime, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Euronet will also introduce new card programs and variants, managing the bank’s extensive ATM network across Pakistan. The entire solution will be hosted on Euronet’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure within its data center facilities in Pakistan, ensuring adherence to global data security standards and local regulatory guidelines.
