Islamabad, 22 May 2024 – Safeer ul Hak, Coordinator for Strategic Alliances and Partnerships of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), held a productive meeting with the Honorable Minister of IT and Telecom, Shaza Fatima Khwaja, at her office in Islamabad, to explore potential synergies and collaborations between GEN and the Ministry.

- An invitation to the esteemed Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC) in Porto Rico, a premier international forum for entrepreneurs and innovators
- Plans for Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) in Pakistan, aimed at inspiring and empowering entrepreneurs nationwide
- The potential signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between GEN and the Ministry of IT (MoIT) to formalize future collaborations
- Strategies for developing and promoting laptop manufacturing and assembly lines in Pakistan
- Incentives and tax cuts for refurbished consumer electronics to boost the local IT hardware industry
