Faysal Bank Wins Big at GDEIB Awards 2025 with 14 Accolades

KARACHI: Faysal Bank Limited (FBL) has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing 14 awards at the prestigious Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmark (GDEIB) Awards 2025. This achievement underscores the Bank’s leadership in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in Pakistan.

The awards include 10 in the ‘Best Practice’ category and four in the ‘Progressive’ category. The Best Practice Awards recognize FBL’s excellence in areas such as Vision, Strategy & Business Impact; Leadership & Accountability; DEI Structure & Implementation; Advancement & Retention; Job Design, Classification & Compensation; Work-Life Integration, Flexibility & Benefits; DEI Communications; DEI Learning & Development; Connecting DEI & Sustainability; and Services & Product Development.

In the Progressive category, the Bank was acknowledged for its achievements in Recruitment; Assessment, Measurement & Research; Community, Government Relations & Philanthropy; and Marketing & Customer Service.

A significant highlight of FBL’s progress is the 25% increase in its inclusivity score, rising from 73% in 2024 to an impressive 88% in 2025. This accomplishment positions FBL among the Top 10 Most Inclusive Organizations and the Top 2 Most Inclusive Commercial Banks in Pakistan. Notably, FBL is also the only Islamic bank recognized for its inclusive practices, reinforcing its commitment to creating a diverse and equitable workplace.
