Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited has announced key leadership reappointments, according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday.
The bank confirmed the reappointment of Khurram Shahzad Khan as President and Chief Executive Officer for a further term of three years, reflecting continued confidence in his leadership.
In addition, Mohamedali R. Habib has been re-elected as Chairman of the Board, with effect from March 30, 2026.
Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited, incorporated in Pakistan in 1992 as a public limited company, operates as a subsidiary of Habib Bank AG Zurich, its holding company based in Switzerland.
The latest appointments underline the bank’s focus on leadership continuity and strategic stability as it continues to strengthen its position in Pakistan’s banking sector.
