Islamabad, Pakistan – In a landmark move to enhance financial accessibility, 1LINK has joined forces with NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) and United Bank Limited (UBL) to introduce Cash-In transactions for all banks across Pakistan. This initiative is being launched under the UBL Super Agency Agreement between NTL and UBL and will be facilitated through NADRA’s extensive e-Sahulat franchisee network.
The strategic collaboration was formalized at a signing ceremony held at NADRA Headquarters, Islamabad, marking a significant step towards financial inclusion and digital banking expansion in the country.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Najeeb Agrawalla, CEO 1LINK, emphasized that this partnership aligns with Pakistan’s vision of promoting financial inclusion and digital payment adoption. He highlighted that leveraging NADRA’s widespread e-Sahulat network will ensure seamless access to banking services, particularly for the unbanked and underbanked populations.
Mr. Muhammad Umar Khan Azad, CEO NTL, also underscored the importance of this initiative in empowering individuals by enabling them to conduct Cash-In transactions conveniently. He reiterated that NADRA remains committed to supporting Pakistan’s fintech evolution through innovative digital solutions.
With this collaboration, Pakistan moves a step closer to modernizing its financial ecosystem, enabling citizens across the country to deposit cash directly into their bank accounts via NADRA’s e-Sahulat outlets. This partnership is expected to streamline banking operations while driving increased adoption of digital financial services.
