Telenor Pakistan has launched an industry-first QR-enabled SmartShop initiative, reshaping how customers access telecom services across modern trade and unconventional retail channels. Smart-Shops solution transform partner shops into fully digital service points, allowing customers to buy SIMs and activate bundles through a simple QR scan.
This solution gives modern trade & unconventional channel partners an enhanced value proposition by enabling them to offer seamless, contactless telecom services without operational complexity or additional infrastructure. It also strengthens retail visibility, improves customer flow, and supports Pakistan’s shift toward digital self-service experiences.
Shaheen Chemist, one of Telenor’s key modern trade partners, is among the first locations to roll out these QR-powered SmartShop services. The deployment reinforces Telenor’s commitment to expanding digital convenience, enhancing retail visibility, and equipping modern trade partners with future-ready solutions.
