Lahore, Pakistan — 16 February 2026
Humaniti Foundation, a global humanitarian organization focused on measurable, technology-enabled impact, today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in My Impact Meter (MiM), Pakistan’s pioneering digital charity and impact platform. The transaction closed on Friday, 13 February 2026.
MiM has reimagined giving in Pakistan by replacing cash handouts with verified service-based digital vouchers—such as groceries, healthcare, and education—delivered through registered partners with end-to-end traceability and transparent fulfillment.
A shared belief: impact should be visible, measurable—and personal. The acquisition brings together MiM’s product innovation and Humaniti’s global reach and governance, accelerating a new standard of accountable, outcomes-driven giving across emerging markets. Humaniti describes its model as uniting entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration to solve large-scale humanitarian challenges—“no competitors, only partners.”
Kanwal Cheema, Founder of My Impact Meter, said:
“MiM was never just a platform for donations—it was my passion to make impact a metric of success. I wanted people to measure their lives not only by net worth, but by what I call Net Impact Worth—how many lives you can improve with dignity, transparency, and trust. That’s why we built a model where you gift services—food, education, healthcare—rather than handing out cash, so outcomes are trackable, and misuse is reduced. Technology made this possible, and the way MiM combines transparency, traceable vouchers, and community-driven engagement is truly rare. With Humaniti, this dream can now expand from Pakistan to the global stage, at real scale.”
Shoaib Khan, Founder and Chairman of Humaniti, said:
“Humaniti exists to elevate people around the world, driving measurable impact by bringing business and innovation into humanitarian work at global scale. MiM is a powerful example of what happens when you build trust into the product itself: transparent delivery, real outcomes, and a giving experience people want to repeat and share.”
As part of the acquisition, Humaniti will scale MiM’s standout engagement and transparency capabilities, including:
• Service-voucher ‘gifting’ instead of cash, designed to increase impact integrity and reduce misuse
• Last-mile visibility with digital tracking from purchase to redemption
• Social sharing and community mobilization features that encourage peer-to-peer giving and sustained participation
Dream built in Pakistan—ready for the world.
