Pakhtun Wardrobe Secures Shark Tank Investment from Junaid Iqbal

Islamabad — Sustainable fashion startup Pakhtun Wardrobe has announced the successful completion of a comprehensive due diligence process and the receipt of committed funds from Shark Tank investor Junaid Iqbal, Founder & CEO of Salt Ventures, and Shezad Mumtaz, CEO of Allied Services, a market leader in human resources.

Founded in 2015 by Haris Badar, Pakhtun Wardrobe focuses on reviving traditional crafts of footwear and shawls through modern commerce, combining heritage craftsmanship with a fully digital customer experience.

“We’re thrilled to close this deal and welcome Junaid and Shezad on board. With this investment, we hope to accelerate the growth of Pakhtun Wardrobe and expand beyond Pakistan, particularly to the Middle East,” said Haris Badar, Founder and CEO of Pakhtun Wardrobe.

Junaid Iqbal praised the startup’s journey, noting,

The due diligence process was co-led by Saiduddin & Co. Partner Ammar Athar Saeed commented,

With this funding, Pakhtun Wardrobe aims to scale its operations, strengthen its market presence, and tap into international markets, particularly in the Middle East.
